Groves, 17, Tiauna S. Landers, 32, D'Erica S. Plump, 20, Moncierraie F. Taylor, 20, and Joshlyin N. Williams, 28, pleaded guilty or no contest to a combination of three felonies in the Oct. 29 incident at the shopping complex in the village of Birch Run.&nbsp;Plump and Williams already have been sentenced, while the other three face sentencing either later this month or in April. Gillespie will spend the next 24 years in prison for the May 1 homicide of Brandon Moseley.&nbsp;Saginaw County Circuit Judge Darnell Jackson on Thursday sentenced Gillespie, 22, to 23 to 50 years in prison for second-degree murder in the 22-year-old Moseley's shooting death.&nbsp;The judge also sentenced Gillespie to the mandatory two years in prison for possessing a firearm during the commission of a felony. The conveyor is burning, and no grain is involved in the fire, firefighters said.&nbsp;Investigators have not determined what started the fire. Crews were containing the blaze to the interior shaft and did not know how long the shaft would continue to burn. Thomas, 20, to six years and six months to 30 years in prison for conducting a continuing criminal enterprise, five counts of first-degree home invasion, and a single count of second-degree home invasion.&nbsp;The minimum sentence was the lowest that state sentencing guidelines allowed. Jones-McFee, at 3:22 a.m. Sunday.&nbsp;Even though Jones-McFee’s was due on Christmas, his father, 20-year-old Joseph E.J. Borchard on Dec. 21 sentenced Carl S. Watkins, 49, to eight to 12 years in prison for a single count of armed robbery.&nbsp;The judge gave Watkins, who last lived at 4923 Fontaine, Apt. He picked Tennessee over scholarship offers from Michigan and Michigan State among others. Now it sounds like he wants to be a Spartan or Wolverine -- but the Volunteers might not let him.&nbsp;In an e-mail to ESPN, Arnett said he is seeking a release to all schools in Michigan but Tennessee will only release him to Mid-American Conference schools, unless he wants to pay his own way to a Big Ten school. Barnes before Saginaw County District Judge Terry L. Clark, prosecutors dropped charges of armed robbery and felonious assault (or assault with a dangerous weapon) and added a charge of malicious destruction of personal property worth more than $200 but less than $1,000, a misdemeanor.&nbsp;Barnes, 20, of 717 N. Porter initially was charged with the two offenses in an Oct. 16 incident at South 13th and Annesley in Saginaw. Barnes’ arrest warrant charged her with using pliers to steal the video game system from Jesse Turner and using a motor vehicle to assault him.
